• Patient Load: 10-25 cases per day, 7 rooms

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized cardiovascular OR nursing care in the CVOR unit
• Assist during surgical procedures and patient recovery
• Monitor patient vitals and document care activities accurately
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and surgery standards
• Participate in emergency readiness activities as needed
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and patient records

What You Need
Required:

• Active RN license in Louisiana or multi-state license
• BLS Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience, including CVOR procedures
• Ability to work scheduled hours and adapt to emergency team assignments if necessary

Preferred:

• Previous CVOR experience in a hospital setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
