We are seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to serve patients in the Middlebury and Danbury area. Provide speech and language therapy services according to physician orders. Help patients improve their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow OASIS, PPS, and company guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Current and unrestricted SLP license in the state of practice At least one year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations. Pay & Benefit Information Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience. Salary The base salary for this position is $70.00 to $80.00 per point, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting.
