Warehouse Worker

Job Description

This role supports daily warehouse operations, including picking, stocking, and moving products using manual equipment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with mandatory overtime of up to two hours when required and occasional Saturday shifts. The position involves regular use of RF scanners, manual pallet jacks, and handling medium to heavy items in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Product handling — Pick, pull, and stock items accurately using RF scanners and warehouse tools.

• Material movement — Operate manual pallet jacks to move materials safely.

• Lifting requirements — Handle items weighing 50–75 lbs as part of essential warehouse tasks.

• Inventory accuracy — Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and record inventory transactions.

• Basic math — Perform addition and subtraction to verify counts.

• Work area organization — Maintain clean and organized stocking areas.

• Physical activity — Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods to complete assignments.

• Safety compliance — Follow all safety procedures.

• Overtime — Work mandatory daily overtime and occasional Saturday shifts.

• Job‑related communication — Communicate effectively to follow instructions, document work, and coordinate with team members.

• Occasional climbing — Perform occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or squatting.

Essential Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
