Staff Product Manager, Search Ranking: Elevate Discovery

Faire in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager for Search Ranking to own the ranking algorithms powering the largest discovery surface. This full-time role collaborates with a world-class data science team and requires strong product instincts to balance near-term wins with longer-term investments. You will define metrics, shape a prioritized roadmap, and partner across ML Platform and Discovery Infra to deliver measurable improvements in search quality for retailers.
