Responsibilities Brand Ownership: Safeguard, refine, and expand JMI Sports’ brand guidelines and visual assets across all platforms, ensuring pitch materials consistently meet corporate standards. Executive & Sales Collaboration: Partner directly with senior leadership and sales teams to synthesize complex partner concepts into polished, compelling visual narratives that drive sponsorship growth. Campaign & Property Design: Conceptualize and produce bespoke design packages for partner properties, specialized sponsorship activations, and high-visibility corporate initiatives. Quality Assurance: Oversee final production files for print and digital media, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy, precise typography, color management, and flawless brand execution. Workflow Optimization: Manage design asset organization, maintain comprehensive asset libraries, and optimize team templates to streamline cross-departmental workflows with tools like Monday.com, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft365, and more. Mentorship: Serve as a technical resource and design mentor to junior creative staff, providing constructive feedback and contributing to quality control across team outputs. Collaboration: Demonstrate a consistent commitment to team success; contribute innovative and impactful thoughts or actions to boost revenues for the Property and the Company; and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. 6+ years of professional graphic design experience (sports marketing, collegiate athletics, or agency background strongly preferred). Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects), web production, project management software, and presentation platforms is a strong plus. A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced typography, sophisticated layout design, corporate presentation expertise, and visual storytelling. Proven ability to interpret high-level business goals and sponsorship parameters into clear, persuasive visual assets. Strong project management and time-management capabilities, with a track record of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting design concepts to executive leadership and internal stakeholders. Great attention to detail and accuracy. Approaches problems with curiosity, resourcefulness, and a bias toward finding solutions. Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of ownership to their work and the team around them.
