We are seeking a skilled and EEG Technologist to perform a variety of specialized diagnostic procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in neurodiagnostic or cardiopulmonary testing and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, age-appropriate care to all patients. This role may also include responsibilities for in-service education and orientation of new staff as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of neurological and cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures according to approved protocols and physician orders.
• Review and assess clinical data to evaluate the appropriateness and medical necessity of ordered tests.
• Set up, calibrate, and verify diagnostic equipment prior to patient procedures.
• Conduct and modify testing procedures as required, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Graduate of an approved Electro neurodiagnostic Program or AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program preferred.
• Alternatively, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience performing EEG testing.
• Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG T.) by ABRET
• RDCS by ARDMS, or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist by the National Board of Cardiovascular Technology
• BLS Certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
• One year of diagnostic testing experience preferred.
• Experience in EEG and/or cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing strongly desired.
