Content Designer/Writer

Overview Content Writer/Designer for an 18-month contract. Location: Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC (4 days onsite). Pay Range: $50 – $53/hr. Eligibility: Due to client requirements this job is open to USC or Green Card Holders Only. No C2C. Responsibilities Develop and design user-focused digital content. Apply content design and information architecture best practices. Leverage A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform decisions. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease. Requirements 2+ years in content design, marketing, copywriting, or related field. Experience with content design principles and information architecture. Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics. Preferred Experience in financial services, especially retail banking. Knowledge of CMS, Figma, and Miro.
