This ensures to make each project a success. Must have prior experience in developing interior and exterior scopes of work. Have the ability to read and understand architectural plans and prepare take offs from construction documents and drawings, compile pricing for material,labor,general conditions, and budgets for estimating our future projects. Must have great communication skills and be proficient in MicroSoft Office and Xactimate Software.
