About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of People and Culture to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing an annual people and culture strategy that is in line with the organization's business goals. This role involves overseeing the people function, leading a team of HR professionals, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The Head of People and Culture will also lead the learning and development function, manage talent acquisition, and ensure the implementation of DEI strategies. A strong knowledge of fair work and relevant employment law is essential, as is the ability to maintain a high-performance culture and foster a diverse and inclusive workforce. Applicants for the Head of People and Culture position at the company should be seasoned HR leaders with over 10 years' experience in executive HR roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams in HR, learning and development, and talent acquisition, and be adept at designing and implementing effective organizational development strategies. Familiarity with change management processes and hands-on experience in executing cultural and procedural changes is key. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to blend commercial success with a positive workplace culture, and a commitment to ensuring a thriving environment for all team members. Relevant qualifications in HR, psychology, or equivalent experience are essential.
