Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy & Renewals

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Austin, TX to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and prepare leases while ensuring move-in readiness and high resident satisfaction. You will use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, occupancy, and data, support renewal efforts, and help optimize occupancy and revenue.
