Children's Fitness Instructor – The Little Gym of Brentwood Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Join The Little Gym team where you will teach movement‑based classes and lead birthday parties for children aged 4 months to 12 years, fostering confidence and growth. Responsibilities Teach classes and lead birthday parties based on The Little Gym curriculum and teaching method. Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, ensuring a magical experience. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment for members. Lead and collaborate with the team to create a positive and engaging workplace culture. Qualifications Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage children and parents. Energetic, fun, and enthusiastic personality. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
