Complex Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 0-5+ years civil litigation experience preferred
• Experience in business litigation,professional liability, premises liability, general liability or personal injury, employment law, real estate, construction, real estate or related fields.
• Experience in motions, discovery, trial preparation or direct trial experience
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed in CA in good standing
