What We're Looking For:
We're not just hiring a banker we're looking for a community influencer. Someone who will be a voice for the customer, a champion of service, and a pillar of positivity in our banking family.
What will you do:
- Greet customers with a smile and get to know their needs
- Build real relationships and make banking feel easy (and human)
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Balance cash drawers and keep things accurate
- Help customers manage their accounts
- Open and service checking, savings, and CD accounts
- Assist with debit cards, online banking, and account questions
- Recommend products and services that fit each customer
- Make referrals to lenders or other bank experts when needed
- Keep things safe and compliant
- Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Protect customer information and help prevent fraud
- Work toward individual and team goals together
What We're Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong math skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- A passion for serving the public
Preferred but Not Required:
- Previous cash handling experience
- Previous banking experience
- Residency within 30 miles of Little Rock, AR or willingness to relocate
