Job Description

Home Helpers Home Care of Gwinnett is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to provide quality care and support to a client in Lilburn, Georgia.

We are looking for a dedicated caregiver who is passionate about helping others, providing personalized care, and promoting clients' comfort, safety, and independence.

A minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience is required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.

Support safe mobility and transfers, as appropriate.

Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and company policies.

Perform light housekeeping related to client care.

Observe and report changes in the client's condition.

Follow established care plans and safety procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience required.

Previous home care or senior care experience preferred.

Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow care instructions and maintain professional boundaries.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Must meet applicable background screening and hiring requirements.

Work Schedule

Day: Saturday only

Hours: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Shift Length: 6 hours

Location: Lilburn, GA

Consistent Saturday availability is required.
