The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most-making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule- Work: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
- Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
- 12-hour static shifts: (Nights - 7:00pm - 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm)
- Rotational Shifts: Alternates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks
- Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in the training curriculum as an operator learning aspects of plastic extrusion line operations while completing assigned duties required for certification
- Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line
- Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications
- Ensuring a clean, safe work environment
- Scrap removal
- Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Wages ranging from $20.00 per hour +, dependent upon experience
- Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
