Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,415 per week

Job Description & Requirements CoreMedical Group is seeking a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical abilities, mobility, strength, balance, range of motion, and functional limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician recommendations. Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility interventions. Help patients improve independence with walking, standing, transferring, and other daily functional activities. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe mobility techniques, exercises, fall prevention, and use of assistive devices. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge recommendations according to facility standards. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and other care team members.
