Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional programs. This role works closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaign activities, monitor results, and help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered consistently and effectively.

The Marketing Associate will contribute to both the planning and day-to-day execution of marketing programs. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and interested in gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing and brand development.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional programs
  
• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing initiatives from launch through completion
  
• Help develop and organize campaign materials, messaging, and promotional resources
  
• Monitor campaign activity and assist with tracking performance and results
  
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support upcoming initiatives
  
• Assist with brand awareness programs and ensure consistent presentation across marketing activities
  
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources for marketing projects
  
• Support promotional events, campaigns, and other brand initiatives
  
• Gather campaign feedback and identify trends that can help improve future marketing efforts
  
• Maintain organized marketing records, reports, and project information
  
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams on cross-functional initiatives
  
• Stay informed about relevant market trends and customer preferences
  
• Assist with special marketing projects and new initiatives as needed
  

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  
• Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding campaign performance
  
• Creative approach to problem-solving and marketing initiatives
  
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and marketing concepts
  
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, promotions, events, sales support, or a related area is preferred
