Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Fort Worth, TX

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Fort Worth, TX area to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare providers in rheumatology. The role focuses on developing territory strategies, engaging customers across the healthcare ecosystem, and achieving sales objectives while supporting patient access to VYVGART and other pipeline assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights to drive performance
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Travel within assigned geography and occasionally beyond to engage key stakeholders
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and business objective execution
• Territory and account strategy planning and execution experience
• Proficiency with data-driven decision-making and market intelligence tools
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
• Residence within assigned Fort Worth, Arlington, or Tyler markets required

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
