Pediatric Dentist or Pediatric-Focused General Dentist Jacksonville, NC

An established, high-volume pediatric dental practice in Jacksonville, North Carolina is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or an experienced General Dentist whose clinical practice has been focused exclusively on pediatric patients . This is an urgent, full-time opening with an established patient base and strong new-patient demand.

The practice is dedicated to creating a comfortable, positive dental experience for children and families. The office has an experienced clinical and administrative team in place, allowing the incoming dentist to focus on patient care.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunity
• Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Saturday on-call availability preferred, but not required
• Single-dentist office
• Supported by 4 5 Dental Assistants, 1 Hygienist, and an on-site Office Manager
• 1 operative column with an additional column under construction
• 3 hygiene columns
• Approximately 800 patient visits per month
• 200+ new patients per month in the Jacksonville location
• 30-minute new-patient and routine recall appointments
• Strong 95% collection rate
• Broad payer mix with all patients accepted
• Dentrix Ascend
• Digital panoramic imaging on-site
• NOMAD availability may be available

Jacksonville is the commercial hub of Onslow County and home to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River , creating a young, growing, family-oriented community.

Estimated Full-Time Annual Income: $300,000 $400,000

• W-2 employment
• Initial 1 2 year agreement
• Compensation based on the greater of a daily guarantee or percentage of collections
