Warehouse & Production Associate

Location: Largo, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Production Associate to join a growing specialty chemical manufacturing team. This position combines warehouse, production, and inventory responsibilities, supporting the blending, packaging, and shipping of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

• Pick, pack, and prepare small package and LTL orders for shipment.

• Pack boxes, stack products, and wrap pallets for shipping.

• Process inbound and outbound shipping paperwork.

• Load and unload trucks as needed.

• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and physical inventories.

Production Operations

• Support manufacturing activities across various production stations.

• Label bottles and prepare packaging materials based on production requirements.

• Fill, cap, and heat-seal bottles, jars, and buckets.

• Package finished products into bags and boxes.

• Blend liquid and powder mixtures according to established specifications.

• Operate equipment and manage work orders as assigned.

• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and operating guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Subject to random drug testing and fitness-for-duty screenings.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
