You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production and the quality of output. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance. Ability to make decisions and use critical thinking with the goal of ensuring an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements. Basic function and responsibility Manufactures products by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring workflow. Characteristic duties & responsibility Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results of departmental employees Maintains staff by training, enforcing policies procedures and manufacturing practices daily Maintains daily workflow by monitoring steps of the processes, setting daily goals, observing process control, fostering spirit of cooperation within and between departments Completes daily production by scheduling and assigning personnel. Accomplishing goals and monitoring progress flow daily. Ensures daily operation of equipment and evaluating equipment techniques used within the department Creates and revises systematic practices for the department, use best practice in all systems forms and personnel requirements Maintains safe and clean work environment by directing personnel on maintaining the compliance with established policies and procedures. Requirements Prior manufacturing environment experience. Understand management by process, flow tracking, production planning. Computer literate. English, Chinese speaking will be a plus.
