- Be the "go-to" person for the team members
- Maintain and update HR processes and procedures, including compliance and team communications, collaborating with Collaborate with all department leaders to ensure policies and protocols are followed
- Support all department leaders in procedures, payroll, staffing, communications, team concerns, and questions
- Recruiting for all positions by placing recruitment ads on internal/external job boards and assisting in distributing candidate information and writing job offers.
- Liaise with our partners for J1 Visas to ensure all applications get submitted properly
- Support the team member housing program including data entry of rent, move-in/out, inspections and inventory
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the process as needed to maintain compliance
- Maintain and create new team member recognition programs
- Minimum of 2 years in Talent and Culture experience
- Hotel experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
