Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• At least 8 years of software development experience, with technical contributions to the design and delivery of production web applications
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design, design patterns, SOLID principles, and scalable distributed systems
• Expertise in end-to-end modern web application development
• Experience designing relational SQL and non-relational NoSQL databases, including performance analysis and tuning
• Experience developing RESTful APIs with C#/.NET, Node.js, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Lit, along with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Swagger (OpenAPI)
• Understanding of client-side authentication, caching, testing, responsive design, browser compatibility, accessibility, and observability for high-traffic web applications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and dependable release practices
• Experience working in an Agile or Lean environment and delivering in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
• Flexible availability to participate in on-call production incident escalation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: Exposure to AWS or Azure, content delivery, caching, or edge services
• Preferred: Experience with DevOps and observability tools such as Jenkins, Nomad, Consul, Rundeck, Chef, Nexus, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Sentry
• Preferred: Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
• Preferred: Financial services experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Advised Investing, or Direct Investing

• Contribute substantially to the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of scalable web applications and digital client experiences
• Provide technical direction on complex initiatives, guiding architecture, implementation, and technology choices from discovery through production support
• Lead and participate in technical design and code reviews, promoting quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Coach and mentor engineers through knowledge sharing and training in engineering best practices
• Partner with product managers, architects, designers, quality assurance and operations teams, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver business value
• Build and maintain modern web applications across the stack
• Monitor application performance, investigate issues, and resolve production incidents
• Coordinate and lead deployments to production and lower environments
• Track industry developments and champion improvements to engineering processes, tools, and standards
