Builds alignment across engineering, product, design and business.Act as interface between Engineering and Field Service Operations, track customer's requests and Beta qualifications.Coordinate activities within AGS Operations: Planning, Purchasing and Engineering, and external suppliers to ensure no risk to customers.Responsible for Business Process improvements, including maintaining matrix for process improvements and implementation of changesPrepare and execute on project plan and define program objectives, including planning to implementation, to meet project timelines, deliverables and stay within budgetRun cross-functional program reviews; including creating dashboards and data visualization to present status and resultsConduct root cause analysis to identify issues, then remove obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for a positive outcomeFunctional KnowledgeKnowledge on Electro-Mechanical and Software engineering fundamentals.Release engineering process documents.Translation of business requirements into technical specs.Data & Analytics.Technical writing (design documentation, specs, program updates)Business ExpertiseHas knowledge of company best practices and how own function integrates with other roles; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.LeadershipActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsProblem SolvingSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationImpactImpacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policiesInterpersonal SkillsExplains complex or sensitive information in a straightforward manner; works to build consensusStrong communication and presentation skills and emotional intelligenceRequired Education and/or Certifications:Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).Experience with Lean Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing, preferredProgram Management certified (nice to have)MS Office suite: Intermediate knowledge of Excel VBA, Access database, Project (nice to have)Experience with Smartsheet project management and dashboard creation (nice to have)Experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard creation (nice to have)Additional InformationTime Type: Full timeEmployee Type: Assignee / RegularTravel: Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible: YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
