Maintenance Technician I
American Landmark Apartments has been awarded one of the best places to work five years in a row on a national level. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician I for Preserve at Mill Creek, a 400 unit residential community located in Buford, GA!

Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to AL's success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.
Your "Day to Day" at American Landmark as a Maintenance Technician:
- Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment
- Responsive, courteous, and efficient in the handling all resident requests
Qualifying Accomplishments of a Maintenance Technician:
- Prior experience in multi-family housing as a Maintenance Technician
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Irrigation knowledge
