This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who understands commercial roofing operations, enjoys developing teams, building customer relationships, and driving branch growth. The location is well-positioned for expansion with a high concentration of commercial properties and strong long‑term market potential. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations and field production Lead, coach, and develop office and field team members Drive business growth and expand customer relationships Manage branch profitability, scheduling, and operational performance Support estimating, project management, and service operations Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer service Build and strengthen relationships with commercial clients Recruit, hire, and develop additional team members as the branch grows Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives Qualifications Extensive Commercial Roofing Experience Required Minimum 5 Years of Management or Supervisory Experience Service Roofing Experience Strongly Preferred Previous Project Management and Estimating Experience Proven Ability to Build and Develop Teams Strong Leadership and Communication Skills Ability to Build Long-Term Customer Relationships Strong Organizational and Operational Management Skills Driven, Growth-Oriented, and Self-Motivated Why This Opportunity?
