Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of each patient, crafting personalized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused methodologies. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' progress toward achieving their treatment goals. \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients. \n
- Participate in case consultations, peer review sessions, and ongoing clinical training to enhance the quality of care delivered to patients. \n
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with essential mental health resources and coping strategies. \n
