Customer Implementation Manager

Leading a U.S.-based team of onboarding and implementation professionals, the full-time Manager, Customer Implementation will oversee successful SaaS deployments, enhance team performance, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while working remotely within the Eastern time zone. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team responsible for enterprise SaaS deployments, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance Oversee a portfolio of active implementations, managing project plans, risks, and customer communications to drive successful outcomes Support complex customer implementations and collaborate across teams to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services, with a focus on complex, multi-product implementations 2+ years of experience managing and developing a delivery team Strong project management skills, including managing scope, milestones, and risks Experience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders at various organizational levels Ability to lead teams through evolving products and processes while maintaining hands-on involvement in customer work Virtual Vocations Inc
