Direct Support Professional – Employment & Life Enrichment Assistant

As an Direct Support Professional , you'll play a hands-on role in creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. You'll lead activities, supervise community outings, and help individuals work toward their personal and employment goals - all while making a real difference in the lives of others.

Position Details:Full-time: 40 hours a week
Pay range: $17.13–$18.50 per hour
Opportunities for advancement and paid professional training
NADSP Certification Bonus: Complete all three steps of the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals certification and earn a $3,900 bonus!
