Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Looking for an opportunity where your expertise in speech-language pathology can support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels? A full-time contract role is available for three dynamic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school environment. Clinical Fellows (CFYs) eager to grow in the profession are welcomed and will receive supervision.

You’ll be placed on-site in a cluster of schools, collaborating with educators and families to foster communication skills and empower student success. After a successful interview, specific campus assignments will be determined to best match your strengths and preferences.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility) in the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); CFYs with required credentials and readiness for supervision are encouraged
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads across K–12 populations
• Successful completion of a fingerprint/background check

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language interventions to students in both group and individual settings
• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work alongside teachers, families, and other professionals to support student development
• Participate in campus team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Adapt services for a range of communication needs, from articulation and language to AAC and social pragmatics
