Director, Online Business Operations (remote)

We’re looking for a high-agency operator to help drive accountability, organization, and execution across the company. This is not a traditional corporate operations role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, loves solving problems, creating structure, and making organizations run better.

Revenue & Business Operations
• Own and manage CRM workflows and revenue operations infrastructure
• Administer sales compensation tracking and operational reporting
• Support sales and marketing operations — including campaign coordination and performance reporting

Manage software systems, vendor relationships, and contract renewals
• Help manage departmental budgets and operational processes

Coordinate conferences, travel, partnerships, and strategic projects
• 5–10 years experience in operations, business operations, revenue operations, or chief of staff roles
~ Experience in startups, SaaS, fintech, mortgage, or fast-growing companies preferred
~ Experience using Hubspot CRM
