Deputy General Counsel

Serving as a strategic legal leader, the full-time Deputy General Counsel will manage complex legal issues, support high-impact business initiatives, and lead a collaborative legal team focused on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and compliance, while working remotely from specified states. Key responsibilities Set the strategy for the Legal Department and manage day-to-day operations Advise senior leaders on legal strategy, governance, and risk management Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improving legal workflows and efficiency Required qualifications 12+ years of relevant legal experience, including 5+ years in-house Deep experience in corporate governance, commercial transactions, and legal advisory roles Experience with AI tools in legal workflows is preferred Strong background in class action litigation and consumer protection issues Experience with international operations and regulatory compliance is a plus
