What To Expect
Join the LFP Production team as an Associate Manager of Production, leading Supervisors in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production goals, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a motivated production teamFoster a safety and quality-focused cultureCollaborate with engineering to enhance manufacturability and productivitySupport root cause investigations and promote continuous improvementDevelop supervisory team for professional growthEnsure consistent work practices and standardized proceduresTesla people leaders are responsible for a variety of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams’ safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations
What You'll Bring
Degree in Business, Technical discipline, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience managing teams in high-volume manufacturing environmentsProficiency in developing and managing performance metrics and data analysisStrong organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressureTechnical proficiency with MS Office programs and familiarity with tools such as Flux, MES, MFS, Track, Wronk, Issue Tracker, WarpExperience with LEAN manufacturing methodologies, production planning, financial management, and EHS compliance
