Salary: $150K-$225K

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage litigation
• Experience with bankruptcy litigation
• Experience representing financial institutions, lenders, servicers, or corporate clients

What You'll Do

• Handle all phases of civil litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions and manage fact development
• Appear in hearings and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with clients and litigation teams on strategy and risk assessment
• Manage cases independently while working alongside experienced litigators
