NOW HIRING — GENERAL MANAGERS!

Raptor’s is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, motivated leaders to manage our stores and lead our teams!

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of daily store operations, build a strong team, provide excellent customer service, and keep their location clean, stocked, organized, and running efficiently.

General Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing daily store operations and overall store performance
• Leading, motivating, and holding employees accountable to company standards
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members
• Creating employee schedules and managing staffing needs
• Monitoring attendance, addressing performance concerns, and providing consistent coaching
• Ensuring employees follow company policies and procedures
• Providing friendly, professional customer service and resolving customer concerns
• Overseeing register operations, cash counts, deposits, and daily paperwork
• Maintaining proper cash-control procedures and investigating discrepancies
• Managing inventory, ordering, stocking, and product rotation
• Ensuring coolers, shelves, displays, and merchandise are fully stocked and organized
• Ensuring products are properly priced and promotions are correctly displayed
• Coordinating vendor deliveries and verifying order accuracy
• Monitoring sales, labor costs, inventory shortages, and waste to improve store performance
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the store, including restrooms, floors, counters, food-service areas, fuel pumps, and outside areas
• Ensuring age-verification procedures are followed for restricted products
• Ensuring employees follow applicable food-safety and workplace-safety requirements
• Overseeing opening, closing, and shift-change procedures
• Identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs with ownership or designated contacts
• Communicating staffing needs, operational concerns, and store results to ownership or upper management
• Delegating responsibilities and following up to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Providing hands-on support during busy periods and addressing staffing gaps

✓ Previous convenience store, retail, restaurant, or management experience preferred
