Processing Operator (US Shift) - Good for Work from Home

Job Summary: Progressive Technology is seeking a meticulous and proactive Processing Operator to support our growing operations team during the US shift. This remote position is ideal for individuals with strong data handling skills and a passion for process accuracy and efficiency. As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for processing large volumes of data, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and maintaining a consistent workflow in alignment with US business hours. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and verify incoming data and transaction records using company systems. Maintain operational logs and submit daily reports to the supervisor or team lead. Monitor workflow queues and prioritize tasks based on urgency and volume. Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to resolve processing issues and implement improvements. Escalate anomalies or process gaps to the appropriate team for timely resolution. Stay up to date with internal SOPs and system updates. Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality benchmarks. Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus). Strong typing and data entry skills (minimum 40 WPM). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other cloud-based platforms. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote operations. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in data processing, operations support, or back-office roles. Previous experience working in US-based shifts or with international teams is an advantage. Freshers with strong analytical and computer skills are welcome to apply. Working Hours: Full-Time (Remote) US Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday) Occasional weekend availability may be required during peak periods.
