Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience providing supervision to RBTs preferred
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and district administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a new program setting

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs within the district
