Sr. Account Manager - Laboratory Automation & Workflow Solutions

Senior Account Manager responsible for growing revenue through strategic customer relationships across laboratory automation and workflow solutions. The role involves consultative sales, technical expertise, and collaboration with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic customer relationships to increase revenue across product portfolio
Serve as trusted advisor using scientific expertise and consultative approach with customers
Collaborate with technical specialists and product managers to deliver comprehensive solutions
Engage multiple stakeholders throughout complex sales processes involving automation integration
Identify customer workflow challenges and design integrated solutions with hardware, software, and services

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 3–5+ years commercial or technical sales experience in laboratory automation
Life sciences, chemistry, physics, engineering, or related scientific field preferred
Direct experience with lab automation scheduling software such as Momentum, Biosero Green Button Go, or Cellario
Knowledge of automation software integration with robotics, liquid handlers, instruments, and laboratory devices
Ability to identify workflow challenges and develop multi-component solutions involving hardware and software
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across scientists, engineers, operations, IT, and leadership
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50–75% as needed

Compensation: $95,000–$142,475 base plus variable annual bonus
