Palmetto Exchange Apartments, a vibrant 252-unit apartment community, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team! We are looking for someone with strong sales abilities, a bubbly personality, and social media experience who can serve as the face of our community while creating an exceptional resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and achieve leasing goals Create engaging content and maintain an active presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents Manage lease renewals and support resident retention strategies Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities Assist with marketing initiatives and community events What We’re Looking For: Strong sales and customer service skills Outgoing, positive, and professional personality Experience with social media platforms and content creation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Previous property management or leasing experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Southwood Realty
