Program Planner - Level 2

We are looking for a level 2 Program Planner to join the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program at our Englewood, CO facility. The role supports team members in the FBM Life Extension 2 Program and involves managing Integrated Master Schedules, program baseline control, risk analysis, and cost/schedule integration. Responsibilities Develop, status, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner. Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and oversee business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives. Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable program partners. Synchronize cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program. Deliver schedule presentations which may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Management. Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Strong communication, writing & presentation skills. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance. Desired Skills Proficiency with Earned Value Management. Experience analyzing data. Experience with Deltek Open Plan or similar program planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Strong presentation skills to communicate with the Customer. Security Clearance Position requires a government security clearance.
