HSE Specialist Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $ 75,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies, and standards.
- Conduct safety training programs and promote employee awareness of workplace safety practices.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential safety concerns.
- Support and manage environmental programs to maintain regulatory compliance and sustainability objectives.
- Conduct safety and environmental audits, track findings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
HSE Specialist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience in a manufacturing environment.
