This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in safe, accurate deliveries and in providing a positive, customer-focused service.## **Schedule**Monday–Friday, with a **5:00** **AM or 6:00 AM start time**.## ## **Pay and Benefits*** **Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour*** Safe Driver Incentive* Hourly Bonus Potential* Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)* 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match* Paid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and Wellness* Product Discounts, and more## ## **Qualifications*** Must be **at least 21 years old** with a valid CDL **(Class B)*** Able to meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements* Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.* Comfortable lifting and handling materials **up to 50 lbs*** Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset* Comfortable using basic technology, like iPads, for routes and tasks* Experience is delivery, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus* **Regular and reliable attendance** and ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to following all **safety policies and PPE requirements*** **Ability to work overtime** including extended hours as needed based on business demands## ## **Responsibilities*** Deliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading, and ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and complete* Pick up customer returns and verify product matches* Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to leadership* Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required* Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements* Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‐employment drug screening and background check.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
