Sales Engineer - Phoenix, AZ

Identifies and develops prospects, sells and services existing accounts within a defined territory in order to increase market share of Festo's Pneumatic and Control Systems products by performing the following duties. Key accountabilities include identifying and targeting potential customers, establishing professional customer relationships, securing orders from existing and potential customers, developing sales strategies, analyzing customer requirements, preparing sales presentations, generating proposals and quotations, maintaining correspondence with prospects and customers, performing after sale follow-up, assisting customers in resolving problems, attending trade shows, generating reports, and providing technical support.

Core dimensions include experience in engineering/outside or inside sales environment, courses in fluid power particularly pneumatics, process automation experience, education preferred, excellent oral & written communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well-organized, fluent language skills in English, and skills in MS-Office.

The annual base pay range for this role is between $100,000 - $117,000.
