At the center of our model is a people-first partnership approach designed to help exceptional teams deliver extraordinary patient experiences.The Operations Associate will play a critical role in providing operational support to medical aesthetics clinics with a focus on cross-functional work on the operations and marketing team. This role will report directly to the Chief Implementation Officer as part of the operations team, and will work closely with the broader Annie Aesthetic executive team and leaders at our partner brands to help support the brands' and organizations' growth objectives. This role entails a mix of operational, marketing, and strategic responsibilities. The individual will be technically strong, action-oriented, diplomatic, and have excellent communication and project management skills. Technology integration and marketing experience is preferred, but not required.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage project plans, build SOPs, and implementation checklists to support the rollout of marketing initiatives across Annie clinics (e.g., lead management, events, rebooking, campaign execution).Execute and project-lead initiatives notated in marketing strategies, continually driving a forward momentum.Provide updates through weekly team meetings and KPI tracking with Clinic Managers and AST, ensuring alignment between central strategy and local execution.Partner with AST Directors, AST Marketing, and Clinic Managers to organize and monitor marketing workstreams—ensuring accountability, timelines, and deliverables are met.Implementation of New Systems: Collaborate internally and externally with Zenoti and other system counterparts and in-clinic staff to develop workplan and ensure new system is implemented in a timely and efficient manner.Training and Support: Act as a trusted ally and leader for clinic teams on all things related to Zenoti, AesthetixCRM, and all other systems utilized at assigned clinics; including but not limited to providing training, day-to-day support, and ensuring the system is optimized for each practice.Constant Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Zenoti product knowledge and proactively plan future adoption areas to streamline operations and increase revenue.Interface with third party vendors for day-to-day needs of the clinic and ad-hoc items as required. Vendors include pharma / clinical, marketing, IT, maintenance / building management, etc.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in each clinic related to business licenses and permits and clinical compliance and best practices.Education / ExperienceBachelor's degree required1.5+ years of professional experience in operations, consulting, accounting, finance, or similar.Experience with marketing CRMs, automation tools, or analytics platforms is preferred.Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or similar is a plus.Skills / AbilitiesStrong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.Advanced user of Excel; technical systems.
