About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Radiation Oncologist to join our client in North Carolina for an 80-day assignment, commencing Dec 14, 2026. This full-time role offers a consistent daily schedule, typically from 8am to around 4:30pm, focusing on crucial responsibilities such as morning team meetings, active participation in tumor boards, new patient consults, and essential follow-up appointments. The Physician will primarily manage breast, lung, and prostate cancer cases using advanced techniques.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Participate in morning team meetings and tumor boards.
  • Conduct new patient consults, averaging two per day.
  • Manage three to five follow-up appointments daily.
  • Perform status checks and review CBCT scans.
  • Handle occasional clinical setups.
  • Treat approximately 25-30 patients on treatment per day.
  • Focus on breast, lung, and prostate cancer cases.
  • Utilize IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS techniques.
  • Engage in team reviews of SBRT cases for collaboration.
  • Perform all CT Simulation.
