About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Advisory Operations with a strong background in health plan core administration technology and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading advisory engagements that assess the current state of health plan technology and operations, with a focus on claims, enrollment, billing, and service. This role requires the ability to build a compelling business case for the adoption of a new operating model, as well as the skill to engage and work with stakeholders at all levels to drive transformation. The VP will be expected to have a deep understanding of the industry, including competitive intelligence and regulatory shifts, and to be adept at quantifying the financial impact of operational changes. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in health plan operations leadership or consulting, with a proven track record in managing teams, leading operational assessments, and translating findings into strategic recommendations. The role demands a leader who is comfortable in both the boardroom and the operational trenches, and who can effectively partner with sales, solution, and delivery teams to ensure that the business case for transformation is aligned with an executable operating model. Experience in financial modeling, particularly in the context of outcome-based pricing and cost-benefit analysis, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in team leadership, be adept at managing ambiguity, and have the ability to build and sustain relationships with client stakeholders across the organizational spectrum.
