Organizational Change Manager

Seeking a dynamic Organizational Change Management and Communications Support Specialist for a 6-12 month remote contract role, who will manage change adoption and stakeholder engagement through strategic communication plans, multimedia content creation, and SharePoint management. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to drive awareness and adoption of change initiatives Create engaging visual and written content that articulates the benefits and milestones of change projects Produce and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring content is current and user-friendly Required qualifications 8-10 years of experience in organizational change management and communications roles Demonstrated experience in change management communications for large-scale transformation initiatives Hands-on experience with video production and multimedia content creation Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field Certification in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci or ACMP designation, is strongly preferred
