In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position bernehmen Sie den strategischen und operativen Vertrieb unseres hochspezialisierten Produktportfolios Orthopaedic Instruments Investitionsgter, die Standards im OP neu definieren und mageblich zur Weiterentwicklung chirurgischer Verfahren beitragen.
Das erwartet Sie:
- bernahme der Gesamtverantwortung fr den Vertrieb unserer Investitionsgter im Produktbereich Orthopaedic Instruments.
- Strategische Steuerung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung Ihres Vertriebsgebietes in der Region Nord- & Ostbayern (Groraum Nrnberg, Regensburg, Bayreuth, Hof, Weiden, Zwiesel, Bad Windsheim).
- Proaktive Identifikation und Entwicklung von Geschftspotenzialen durch gezielte Neukundenakquise sowie Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheiderebene in chirurgischen Abteilungen.
- Eigenstndige Planung und Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien inklusive Verhandlungsfhrung mit Chefrzten, Klinikleitungen, Medizintechnikern und Einkaufsabteilungen.
- Fachkundige Beratung und praxisnahe Schulung von medizinischem Personal bei der Anwendung unserer Systeme sowohl im OP als auch im Rahmen strukturierter Workshops und Teststellungen.
- Entwicklung individueller, wirtschaftlich tragfhiger Lsungen fr Ihre Kunden inklusive Angebotserstellung und Finanzierungsmodelle.
- Aktive Prsenz auf Fachmessen, Kongressen und Business-Events zur Erweiterung Ihres Netzwerks und zur Positionierung als kompetenter Ansprechpartner im Markt.
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
Erforderlich:
- Mehrjhrige Erfahrung im Vertrieb (mindestens 3 Jahre), idealerweise im Umfeld erklrungsbedrftiger Produkte z.B. Medizintechnik, Investitionsgter, Finanzdienstleistungen oder Automobilindustrie.
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und in der nachhaltigen Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen sowie in der gezielten Gewinnung von Neugeschft.
- Leidenschaft fr den Vertrieb komplexer, technisch anspruchsvoller Lsungen und die Fhigkeit, Entscheider auf Augenhhe zu beraten.
- Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsstrke, hohes Ma an Eigeninitiative und ein sicheres, berzeugendes Auftreten.
- Unternehmerisches Denken kombiniert mit strategischem Weitblick, Organisationsstrke und einem hohen Anspruch an Ihre eigene Performance.
- Flieende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Fhrerschein der Klasse B sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft.
Bevorzugt:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizintechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder Gesundheitsmanagement.
- Erste Vertriebserfahrung von Investitionsgtern sowie Kenntnisse im Projektgeschft.
- Branchenkenntnisse in der Medizintechnik, z.B. als Operationstechnische Assistenz (OTA) oder vergleichbare Ttigkeiten innerhalb der Branche.
