Food Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Job Qualifications:
- Assist with Management of all food production areas for Airline Customers.
- Ability to delegate and hold subordinates accountable.
- Ensure & promote a safe work environment and follow all procedures for reporting worker's compensation incidents and accidents.
- Follow airline & customer specifications to ensure products are being produced effectively.
- Follow HACCP Program guidelines which consist of sanitation, food safety, and FDA requirements.
- Manage & resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Minimum of an associate degree required with 5 years' experience or a High School Diploma with 10 plus years' experience.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years of experience in food service management (High-Volume production experience preferred).
- Experience in Customer Relations.
- Must be able to motivate and build a team.
- Bi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish/French/Chinese)
- Positive attitude, leadership skills, strong communication skills.
