Enterprise Technical Success Engineer

What you’ll do You’ll own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise clients using our integrated product suite — Cloudflare Enterprise, Google Workspace, VPS/Dedicated hosting, DMARC/email security, and attack surface monitoring. Day to day, that means leading onboarding and implementation projects, providing advanced technical support across DNS, CDN, WAF, DDoS protection, and Zero Trust, and proactively identifying optimization and expansion opportunities. You’ll also help shape the products themselves by translating client feedback into actionable input for our engineering and product teams. What you bring 5+ years in a client‑facing technical role (solutions engineering, customer success, or advanced support) within cloud, hosting, or internet infrastructure Deep expertise in DNS (including DNSSEC), email authentication (DMARC, SPF, DKIM), and web security stacks (WAF, CDN, DDoS, ZTNA) Solid Linux/CLI proficiency and scripting ability (Python, Bash) Strong project management skills and comfort managing complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations The ability to communicate clearly with both engineers and executives — and know which mode you’re in Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field preferred.
